When we found our house in Scarborough, we fell in love immediately. It was perfect: four bedrooms, a huge backyard, walking distance to an excellent elementary school, and within budget. There was just one problem—closing was going to take three months, and the babies were coming in four.

Sarah worked with our lawyer to expedite the closing. She coordinated with the sellers, handled all the paperwork, and somehow got everything done in six weeks. We moved in with two weeks to spare before the twins arrived.

On moving day, Sarah showed up with dinner for us—a full meal from our favorite Indian restaurant—and a "Congrats on your new home" gift basket filled with baby essentials. We were speechless.

Our twins are now three months old, and we're loving our new home. Sarah still checks in regularly, and she even sent a care package when the babies were born. She's not just our agent—she's part of our story, and part of our family.
